A limited number of commissions are available. Once fully reserved, booking will close.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your portrait commission.

Your session is not confirmed until this payment has been received.

The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of your session.

All payments are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Due to the limited nature of this campaign, all bookings are final.

Rescheduling may be accommodated with a minimum of 48 hours notice, subject to availability.

Failure to attend your scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of your retainer.

3. Session Details

Each portrait sitting is designed to be efficient, guided, and intentional.

• Sessions are scheduled for a fixed duration based on your selected commission
• Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full session experience
• Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time

4. Image Selection & Delivery

Your images will be presented in a private online gallery for selection.

• Only selected images will be professionally retouched
• Additional images and upgrades are available for purchase
• Final images will be delivered digitally

Delivery timelines will be communicated following your session.

5. Artistic Direction

All images are created in the signature style of Scharad M. Lightbourne / FRYME Studios.

By booking, you agree to trust the creative direction, including:

  • lighting

  • posing

  • composition

  • final editing style

RAW files are not provided.

6. Usage & Rights

All images remain the intellectual property of the photographer.

By participating in this campaign, you grant permission for images to be used for:

  • portfolio

  • website

  • social media

  • marketing and promotional materials

If you prefer your images to remain private, this must be requested in writing prior to your session.

7. Children & Participation

This experience is designed for mothers and their children.

Parents/guardians are responsible for:

  • the behavior and supervision of their children

  • ensuring children are prepared and cooperative during the session

8. Styling

Clients are responsible for their own wardrobe unless otherwise arranged.

Styling guidance will be provided to ensure a cohesive and elevated final result.

9. Liability

All reasonable care will be taken during your session. However, the photographer is not liable for:

  • personal injury

  • loss or damage to personal belongings

10. Limited Availability

Queens & Heirs is a limited portrait campaign.

Once all sessions are booked, availability will close without notice.

11. Agreement

By reserving your portrait commission, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
