SHOOTING TIME / ADDITIONS

The CLIENT and the COMPANY agree that cooperation and punctuality are essential to accomplish the goals and wishes of all parties. Shooting commences at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time. If the CLIENT does not arrive at the appointed time for the EVENT(S), shooting will commence at the scheduled start time and end at the scheduled end time. All additional time beyond the scheduled end time will be billed to the CLIENT. 

SAFETY

The COMPANY reserves to right to terminate coverage and leave the location of the EVENT(S) if the photographer from the COMPANY experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behaviour from person(s) at the EVENT(S); or in the event that the safety of the photographer from the COMPANY is in question.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

All rights not expressly granted hereunder are reserved to The COMPANY including but not limited to all rights in unedited or edited photos or other materials unless otherwise indicated.

 REVISIONS AND DEFACING

The COMPANY shall be given the first opportunity to make revisions to the photos via colour, cropping and/or minor retouching. If further retouching is requested by the Client, there is a fee of $50 per frame/image. You may not change the picture itself i.e. background, clothing and/or props.

PAYMENT
Your satisfaction is one of our main goals. It forges a strong client/photographer relationship. With that being said, to ensure your dates are secured, deposits are suggested to be paid within 3 days after your final consult with SL photography. Payments beyond this time frame DO NOT guarantee your preferred date.
At the time of signing, this Agreement Client will pay 50% of the cost. This serves as your retainer and is non-refundable. The client shall pay the balance on the day of the photoshoot prior to shooting. Failure to meet payment dates for extra charges will result in an additional fee. The COMPANY will not release images until the balance is paid in FULL.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We offer NO refund for cancellations made fewer than 48-hours before the scheduled session. This includes consultations as well. A 25% reschedule fee if notice is less than 48-hours before the scheduled session. We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made more than 48-hours before the scheduled rental.

Additionally, if a shoot is rescheduled more than twice, a 25% rescheduling fee will be billed to the client. If a deposit has been made towards the shoot, the client will receive up to a 30-day credit after which the deposit will be voided.

If full payment has been made towards the shoot, the client will receive up to a 60-day credit after which the payment will be voided.

HEALTH

The COMPANY requests that the clients are in good health and are prepared to take on some physical challenges on shoots. If you have a medical condition please let The COMPANY know prior to shooting. The COMPANY assumes no responsibility for any mishaps or accidents on shoots.

AGE

The COMPANY requests that clients are legally over the age of 18 and if not this contract will be signed by a parent or guardian giving the subject the permission to be shot in the way of the service provider (The COMPANY). If CLIENTS are not over the age of 18 and are signing this agreement without consent from a guardian, this agreement is null and void. 

INTERNET THEFT + PIRACY

The COMPANY images are protected and any breach of this will result in legal action. You cannot reproduce or edit the image without the written consent of The COMPANY.
